secure options was founded by entrepreneur Mike Braddock in 1990, a specialist provider in solutions for cash in transit clients. Secure options was well received in the industry from an early start and ongoing success ensured limited status in 1993.
Several ongoing years of success prompted Mike to formulate the group concept in 1999, and marked this milestone by introducing a 24 hour, 365 days a year CCTV & Access Control monitoring station. In the same year Secure options entered the social housing marketplace by providing physical and electronic security solutions to protect vacant properties
The organic growth of the group continued in 2001 with the creation of a pre-employment screening & vetting business. In more recent times the business has grown through acquisition to become a ‘total solution provider’ within the electronic security market.
2004, and the group had grown to a strong 10 businesses covering markets segments in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarm, Car Parking, Void Property and Facilities Management, Consultancy, People Vetting, Monitoring and Manufacturing of High Specification Physical Security Protection.
In 2005 recognising that the high capital cost in the void property market was increasing, pay back lengthening and the opportunities diminishing the group completed a trade sale of the two subsidiaries.
2008, Secure options group limited successfully completed the acquisition of Leerose and Watchman to the group business portfolio. Leerose specialise in electronic security system integration working with some of the industry more prestigious clients such as British Car Auctions.
Watchman specialise in industry pioneering High Definition traffic management systems such as ANPR and the Watchman Road Safety Scheme.
